Tim Jackson walked down a street, trying to find a renegade Sorcerer he had been finding for days. He was a Shadow Knight, a warrior of justice, but he works in the shadows. They were invented in Kaldaris, a feudal land of samurai. His Katana of mage-slaying was tied to his belt tight. he found the five-story building in downtown Dalmaria, capitol of what would be the Kal'Irun version of the US. there was a seemingly homeless person sitting at the door. he knew it was a magic-user of some sort. He thrust Mana-Eater (the katana) into the person. the sword glowed as it ate away the magic.

Today was the fall "Culling the Clothing" where we go through the children's clothing and get rid of anything that doesn't fit, is in poor condition or is just not worn. It is always a surprise to me to see how much clutter gets built up in the drawers between the cullings - which we do roughly three times a year. This is just the touch up. In January we will do an inventory and figure out what the children actually need.

In the year 2831 A.D. a group of Scientists decided to create a machine that could accurately predict a Humans life. They soon began construction of it, it had cost trillions of dollars, and it took years to build. I just got home from the cabin, mom found a way to put movies on her Galaxy Tab, she even made a little case for it, and she can strap it to the back of a headrest on one of the front seats. We left at 5:30 A.M on Thursday to get to the cabin (which is a six-hour drive) and we left on Monday.
Lizzy's favorite toy is an empty spool. Silly thing.

Kyle is off at some meeting/conference in Detroit this week. I miss him. I suppose tomorrow will be the worst day, he is back on Friday so Thursday I will be looking forward to seeing him, but the day before the last day is such a drag.
At least he isn't traveling all the time like he was a couple years ago.
Last night Ashley and I watched Juno. It was actually pretty good.
We are going to the park in a few for the homeschool park day. Usually we go swimming on Tuesday, but we haven't done a park day yet this summer and I am sure the kids will have a blast.
